We will be based in one of the all-time favorite OpenAir Tours communities, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Known for its history, natural beauty, arts, music, culture and cuisine, the people of the Chippewa Valley Region have always welcomed visitors who want to experience the good life. This northwest quarter of Wisconsin is marked by spectacular glacial carved hills, great river valleys, verdant forests, and sun-soaked pastures. And we will enjoy it all.

Unlike the previous tours when we were able to block 200 rooms at our headquarters hotels, this year in Eau Claire we will only have about 100 rooms available at the Metropolis Resort. However, several other hotels, just a short drive away, have a block of rooms reserved for us.
OAC Members, as one of their membership perks, had the first opportunity to claim rooms. Now’s your turn. Reservations are now open to all.

There are three steps to ensure you will be on the tour:
1. Sign up to become a member. Every OAC member who registers for the tour in the Members Only Registration Period (this May) is guaranteed a spot on the tour. As a non-member, you can reserve your hotel room but that does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. If you have questions about membership, please contact info@openairtours.com.
2. Reserve your hotel room today: Ask for the “OpenAir Tour Room Block” when making your reservation for any of the hotel blocks.
3. Complete your official registration form for the tour in May when it’s released and sent out by mail and email.

LIMITED GRID: As always, the grid will be limited to 200 vehicles. Every OAC member who registers for the tour in the Members Only Registration Period is guaranteed a spot on the grid.
REGISTRATION: The 200 car grid for Members Only will begin filling in May and go about 10 days before remaining spots will be opened to non-members.
