Warm winter greetings topless friends!

Over years of touring many members have asked if we could organize a winter get-together at a top-quality hotel or resort where we could enjoy a casual weekend getaway with more time to hang-out, socialize and get to know each other better. As always, your OAC crew aims to please. That’s why we’re pleased to invite OAC Members to …

Warm Up at The First OpenAir Conditioner – January 12-14, 2007

After looking at a variety of options that would avoid most holidays, juggle other work commitments and still give us a chance to enjoy a mid-winter getaway, we’ve chosen the weekend of January 12-14, 2007 for the first OpenAir Classic “ OpenAir Conditioner”.

Our destination is Appleton in the Fox Cities and Headquarters will be the highly-rated Radisson Paper Valley Hotel (http://www.radisson.com/appletonwi ) – the hotel of choice for most of the visiting NFL teams that play the Green Bay Packers. We have reserved a block of 50 rooms (first come, first served!) at a very special OAC rate of $74 (plus tax) per night for January 12 and 13 th with the same rate good for the 14 th if you care to stay an extra day. Book now.Phone1-920-733-8000 to reserve your room. If needed, extra rooms may be available at nearby hotels at normal weekend rates.

We’ll drift in on Friday, gather informally, relax, enjoy the pool, lounge and area attractions. We’ll have area maps, shopping, attraction and dining guides at check-in to help you explore the area or to get a group together for a night on the town.

Every attendee will receive a special OAC collectible gift.

On Saturday some will go shopping (did you know: Appleton is the second most popular shopping destination in the Midwest, after Mall of America!) or visit area attractions, share photos and tales of the Inaugural OpenAir Classic, relax poolside, watch football in the lounge or enjoy free time with friends.

The official sign-in period will be 3-5PM Saturday, then a cash bar cocktail hour with musical entertainment (5:30-6:30pm) precedes the OpenAir Winter Dinner (6:45PM). Our program will be at 8PM featuring our special guest speaker, Matt Joseph, author, columnist and auto expert for CBS TV 3 WISC-TV in Madison speaking on “Running on Empty: Fuels for the Future” . We’ll have some great door prizes and the special announcement unveiling the 2007 destination area for OpenAir Classic II.

Sunday enjoy time at the pool, gather with friends to “do breakfast,” continue to explore the Fox Cities or head for home. If you want to hang out even longer, special room rates continue through Sunday.

Registration

Registration fees are $65 (+ tax) single, $125 (+tax) couple for the weekend, including registration, area guides, admission to OAC reception, dinner, Matt Joseph program, destination program, entry in prize drawings and a special OAC gift. See You in The Fox Cities: An Easy Drive on Great Highways

We chose Appleton and the Fox Valley for this first meeting because it’s an exciting destination
with a top rate hotel and lots of things to do – even in winter.
(Check out the article by Mae & Gary at http://www.madisonmagazine.com/getaways/pdf/getaway8-06.pdf)

It’s within easy driving distance for most members:
less than 2 hours from Madison or Milwaukee,
about 3 hours from Greater Chicagoland
and about 4-5 hours from Upper Michigan, Minnesota or Iowa members…on great roads.

If any Texas or Florida members want to fly in, let us know and we’ll help arrange an airport shuttle!

Early registration and reservations are STRONGLY recommended.
